Fun for a while

I wish there were a lot more upgrades, maybe some different weapons. Also, there are two things you forgot: the ability to save your game and a mute button.

Suomaf responds:

I was going to add a save feature... but then in the interest of having highscores, I wouldn't have wanted people able to reload a game to submit another highscore, although I could've made it so you can't submit a HS on load. If I get to adding a sequel there will be a save/load, and definately more upgrades.

Straight Ballin'

So hot. I love this game. Level 29 and 30 were crazy as Hell! I hope you make MMM3 and it's even bitchassinner!

Some suggestions:
-a projectile that splits in two every time it hits something (increasing exponentially)
-some sort of temporary wall. I can't tell you how many times on level 30 I was watching all the huge explosions off screen and watching things get sucked into black holes when a Nuclear Cart was thrown past my turret faster than I could possibly react, if I could put up a wall that would last maybe 20-30 seconds, during which I was unable to launch projectiles, I think that would be bitchin
-some sort of autofire turret, I think if they did minimal damage it would keep this from feeling like every other defense game, but they would still help a bit
-bigger projectiles!

increasing lag exponentially, lol
more than 5 projectiles = lags even on my comp

> some sort of temporary wall

whats the point of objectives then? why bother if there is a wall anyway lol

> some sort of autofire turret

more than 5 projectiles flying => huge lags

> bigger projectiles!

that can be done, I think

Pretty Nice

This game is maybe too easy. Maybe easy isn't the right word. I think it would be more fun if you had to dodge maybe like 5-10 spikeys at the same time. I would also like more upgrades, like one that lets you go through a spikey ball if you push spacebar, but takes a while to recharge. For the music, you should definitely have some METAL!

NICFLIC responds:

NICE IDEA FOR THE UPGRADE. I was trying to think of cool ones, and couldn't. I'm alomost sure you'll see that in the next version.

I don't know about adding that many spikeys, I'll definitely try it out and see if I'm happy with it.

Eh...

"If you want me to continue to develop this, please leave a comment."

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to finish it first, chief.

Foreverkul responds:

I don't have infinite time to do everything you know.

sloppy

This could be a pretty good game. The controls were very unresponsive, there weren't enough health pick-ups (mostly needed because of the unresponsive controls), sometimes I would get attacked by things I didn't even know were enemies (birds in the sky?), it took a couple of holes before it was clear that the arrow represents power and direction rather than just direction, you have no idea where your ball lands (does it bounce, or just land right where the arrow was?), hit recovery is awful (if you're facing two enemies and you get hit, you're pretty much dead), and when fighting the dragon there's no way to control which hand you throw the shuriken with. It was a fun idea, but very poorly executed.

Edvin responds:

Controls look totally fine on my computer, maybe it's time for you to get a new one! It's a remake of an old Atari game from 1989, so be expecting old gameplay mecanics =P

I'm awesome.
